Changes

- set correct LEFTHYPHENMIN = 2, RIGHTHYPHENMIN = 3
- handle apostrophes (forbid *o'=clock etc.)
- set COMPOUNDLEFTHYPHENMIN, COMPOUNDRIGHTHYPHENMIN values
- UTF-8 encoding
- Unicode ligature support
