# The GAP 4 package XModAlg  

## Introduction 

This package allows for computation with crossed modules of commutative algebras; cat1-algebras; and morphisms of these structures.

## Distribution

 * The 'XModAlg' package is distributed with the deposited GAP packages, see:

 * It will, in due course, be available from the GitHub repository at:

## Installation

 * unpack `xmod-<version_number>.zip` in the `pkg` subdirectory of the GAP root directory.
 * From within GAP load the package with:
   ```
   gap> LoadPackage("XModAlg");
   true
   ```
 * The file `manual.pdf` is in the `doc` subdirectory.
